The Spring Fling is the first big event of the year. It gives everyone a chance to break their cabin fever, have a great meal, dance and talk to friends that they haven't seen all Winter. The Spring Fling is also used to make the announcement and honor the couple who will be Host and Hostess for the upcoming year. This year's dinner and dance was held in Tuscarawas Central Catholic Elementary cafeteria, where everyone enjoyed a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet catered by Gary Reese of Gary's Market. Music during dinner was provided by Mickey Bache and the dance music was provided by Cheryll and Deb.
Chairperson Patty Knisely planned a great event and had another successful evening that was greatly enjoyed by all. Compliments were heard from everyone about the great time they had and how delicious the food was. Several people said they thought it was the best Spring Fling yet.
