The Mayor's Breakfast kicks off the Festival. Hosted by the Mayor of Dover on Friday morning, it provides a chance to thank various sponsors and officials. It is also the time to present the awards to the scholarship winners, the Person of the Year and the Business of the Year. We also would like to thank Father Matthew Hoover, Pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church, and the staff of Tuscarawas Central Catholic Elementary for providing us with the school cafeteria to hold this breakfast.
